Thanks Mir sb, Izhar sb and Baqar shah sb, for updating re aglaonema.

I remebered last year, when I visited few local nursuries, I found plenty of different varieties of this plant. Few days earlier I visited to get some, but I got dissoppointed when neither found a single one, they told me that due to unawarenes, we are not arranging to bring them. But I am very much interested to bring them from KHI.

Nearly all variety is appealing, but these two are so appleaing, I want to know are these available in KHI or LHR?

Dumbcane is Dieffenbachia. This usually comes in only one colour. green with a splash of white. The stem is always deep green and somewhat segmented like sugarcane. Your plant in that link is certainly not Dieffenbachia and Aglaonema. If you have young and curious children, I would advise to avoid it indoors. After all it is a dumb-cane (some components of the plants are toxic and cause swelling)

Could you post a better picture of that plant along with its flower? I still feel it is some kind of croton but flower shape will decide.
