Other Details	Scarlet flax is an annual plant that is famous for its vivid red flowers and its satin sheen that is prominent during full sun. The plant is native to Algeria and elsewhere it is an introduced species. it is not yet common in Pakistani gardens but gradually gaining popularity. The stunning flowers in deep scarlet hue is a show stopper and they look even more lovely when they sway in the spring breeze. Propagation is by seed and flowering can be prolonged by deadheading.

Linum has absolutely zero tolerance for transplanting. If transplanted the plant becomes stunted and fails to grow properly. Best sown in Situ.
