Breynia Nivosa is a dwarf plant that is native to South Sea Island and is part of the euphorbia family. It is loose-growing with green-stemmed, pendant branches and small fern-like leaves richly mottled green and varigated white.

I think simple and leaves are pointed but You the expert in identification I am just a beginner. Well pre maturing to maturing color, number of leaflets in a leaf and over all bush shape gives an idea that it is very similar to rose bush.
