yes get lazer... spray every evening until the pests are wiped out...

Insecticide sprays in agriculture, fogging and sprays for mosquito control have wiped out the bees, gone are the Jugnoo and butterfly are a rare sight.
Repeated spray will also kill your earthworms and other beneficial insects.
My advice grow only what will survive without these sprays.

True.
I've now stopped spraying all the pesticides.
Instead every morning I wash all the rose plants with water which keeps them clean and somewhat free of mites and other pests like aphids and thrips. So far the plants are growing perfectly now!

Update
Can't see any more mites or webs. New growth all over the plant.
