Grape Vine-Problem

Grape bunches of one of 5 vines under fruit with me,have developed extensive black marks on the fruit as visible in the below post. Want to know the problem,its causes & the remedy. In the meanwhile, I am thinking of removing all the affected bunches.

Looks like a fungus disease.

It looks like Anthracnose/ Bird eye spot: Elsinoe ampelina

Munir sahib would u tell me during this fungus disease leaves and stems were also affected, fungs spot symptoms there? and also it was prolong wet weather there? plz
