blackberries

i have a few blackberry bushes growing and i wish to send some cuttings to a friend in lahore, do they grow in Pakistan, anyone know?? couldn't find any info about growing them in Pakistan ??

will blackberry survive or extreme temperatures i.e zero to -1 degree C in winters and 48 degree C in summers? and is it thorny or thornless blackberry?

its a thorny variety, we have temps through winter that go down to -3 and they enjoy full sun too, Do they grow in Pakistan, anyone ever seen them ??

a couple of months back i brought it frm a nursery, they told me that its a Raspberry, but when i saw pics of ur blackberry then i came to knew that its not a raspberry but a blackberry, its leaves and stem ressembles to that of ur plant, it is doing well in summer, i hav planted it in a pot, it have crept abt 3 feets on a nearby plant, but havent produced any fruits yet
