HELP: Sunflower Seeds

Hello,

I have got a packet of "Red Hybrid Sunflower" seed packet from Hong Kong. I lived in Federal B Area, Karachi. I have no idea how to sow the seeds?
I would like you to help me that which month is best to sow the seeds in pot? What type of soil, khaad etc would it require to grow properly?
What should be the combination of (balu mati) & khaad? Any precautions related to seed germination?

P.S: I will sow the seeds in small pot (gamla) which is shown in the picture below.

sow them in March in the pot. when there is 3 to 4 true leaves, transplant them in bigger pots.

Thanks for your advice @muhammadimran7. I see that your city is Rawalpindi which has different climate as compared to the Karachi.
Is it fine If I sow the seeds nowadays?

one thing more, I tried to understand the seed sowing guide link but I am confused in "leaf compost" & "coco coir". What are these thing? Where can I get these stuff? It would be better if you explain me these things in roman Urdu for better understanding.

leaf compost = Patoun ki Khaad,(basically old composted crushed leaves)

coco coir = Its fibre of coconut husk(Used in finely grinded form as well as in chunks form.)
