Pine Bark?
Is there a way I can get pine bark in Lahore ???

You need it for mulching? Bark is difficult to obtain i think but small amount of needles and cones can be collected which is nearly as good.

Once I collected it from Murree.Grinded it and used as a media for gerbera with 25% strength.Gerberas grew twice as quickly.It was magical.
